How it all started...
The Well began back in 1998 when 7 students began praying for their campus and decided to start a Bible study on Wednesday nights. God has answered those prayers as we are now starting our 27th year of ministry. We are so grateful to have impacted thousands of lives for the sake of the gospel!
Expanding our impact...
For decades a nightclub existed within walking distance of ETSU at 820 W. Walnut Street. For over 20 years, we prayed that the gospel of Jesus Christ would be proclaimed there and that a new kind of singing and dancing would take place for His glory!
In 2018, The Lord allowed us to purchase the nightclub.
Lord willing, The Well Student Ministry Center will open its doors late this fall. We plan to have a 500-seat auditorium, multi-purpose spaces, our offices, outdoor green space, and a 6-day-a-week coffee shop, The Well Coffee Shop!
